An idle vehicle earns nothing. The Supportz Fuel Advance service, also called the SMS Fuel Request System, helps qualifying driver members take a full tank for a taxi, keke, or bike, get back to work, and repay on a clear timeline.
How it works
- Available to registered driver members in good standing.
- Covers a full tank for taxi, keke, or bike.
- Repayment is due within seven days of disbursement.
- Choose a package that matches how you work. A small service charge applies.

Repayment window: 7 days.
If repayment is late
A member who does not repay within seven days is suspended from further fuel advances until the amount is cleared. Repeated default can lead to suspension from Supportz services. A penalty may apply as set by management.
